American Driving School offers the following services:
Teen Driver Education
The American Driving School provides teenagers a "Certificate of Completion" to those who successfully completed the twenty-four (24) hours of classroom instruction and eight (8) hours of in car training mandated by State law. Students are eligible for classroom instruction two (2) months prior to obtaining their permit. "In car" training is scheduled individually after obtaining a permit and completing classroom instruction. See the classroom schedule by clicking here
Adult Remedial Course
American offers the adult remedial course required of adult drivers who have received a twelve (12) point suspension, OMVUAC suspension, court ordered, or wish to receive a 2 point credit on their license record. Contact us for time and date of course.
Juvenile Driver Improvement Course (JDI)
American provides for the newly enacted Juvenile Driver Improvement course who have had their license suspended having received two or more traffic violations. Contact us for time and date of course.
Private Adult Driving Lessons
American provides private lessons for adults ages 18 and older who wish to learn to drive or simply refresh their driving skills. American will also test an individual adult's driving competency. Lessons are scheduled individually.
Employee Driving Competency
American will assist companies in testing the driving competency of their employees, who in the line of service, operate and drive vehicles whether personal or company owned. Often, insurance companies require such testing and may offer a reduction in premiums as a result.
